ज्ञान योग
Core philosophy
The secret is you. Everything else is a way of noticing it.
Peace is not somewhere else
Most of us look for peace in the next thing: a better job, a better city, better people around us. A few days on the mountain take those things away. What is left is you, breathing, walking, noticing. That is where the work begins.
Seeing as it is
Vipassana means seeing things as they really are. Pankaj teaches it plainly: watch the breath, notice what arises, and neither cling to it nor push it away. There is nothing to believe, only something to practise.
The Life Matrix
Every yatra and every session comes back to three parts of a life.
स्वयं
Self
Start with the breath and the body. Notice your habits, your reactions and the stories you tell yourself.
सम्बन्ध
People
Every relationship is a mirror. Learn to listen, to forgive, and to stop taking everything personally.
कर्म
Work
Do your part with care, and let go of the result. Work done this way stops feeling like a burden.
Where to practise it
On the mountain
A sadhana yatra in the Uttarakhand Himalaya, with silence, breath and satsang along the way.
In the room
A session for your school, your college, or just for you, near Pune.
